My concept is: Malignancy.

EX: related to, underlying principles, and nursing interventions. In the related to section you want to talk about what the concept is related to. For example, fluid is related to water, hydration, sodium balance, volume (no more than 4 things). In the underlying principles what is important to know about the concept you’ve chosen. For example, fluid is regulated by sodium. And lastly nursing intervention. You want to reinforce the information collected in the related to section and the underlying principle. Based on the fact fluid is related to sodium balance and that balance regulates the amount of water in the body, an appropriate nursing intervention is: assess sodium level.

* genetic influences causes alteration in the DNA makeup

* the tumor grows quickly and invade into the systemic organs

* the tumor when screened earlier will make it reversible and when not identified and treatment leads to irreversible changes

* metasis is were the tumor spreads the other neighbouring tissues and organs.

Nursing interventions:

* primordial prevention identifying the vulnerable group and screening

* secondary prevention when the disease to be identified and to be treated immediately if not may go for complications

* tertiary prevention if treatment is not given and metastasis occurred wereby to prevent complications the treatment and rehabilitation to be given

* proper vaccination to prevent few malignant tumors.
