Answer #1

Amount of fluid drank by client = Amount of Juice + Amount of coffee + Amount of Water

=> 4 3/4 + 5 1/2 + 4 1/4

=> (4 + 3/4) + (5 + 1/2) + (4 + 1/4)

=> (4 + 5 + 4) + (3/4 + 1/4) + (1/2)

=> 13 + 1 + 1/2

=> 14 1/2 ounces or 14.5 ounces

Hence the client drank 14.5 ounces of fluid
