The two theories I select are lippets theory and Lewin's theory.
Lippets theory consists of seven phases.This theory explains the role of change agent where change is gradual and should be down.In this theory change is explained as the first page where diagnosis the problem and asses the capacity of the change and the motivation required,change agent resources and motivation is evaluated along with agent approrappro role and maintaing the difference and terminating the relationship.
Lewin's theory consists of 3 stages.These 3 stages and it models are unfreezing,moving and refreezing.This theory explains that cycle repeat eventually because unfreezing occurs when there is a need of changing and moving occurs when change is occuring and refreezing occurs when the change should be what we needed and equilibrium is establisged.As this occurs when change needs.
Lippets theory is most comparable to the nursing process.Because it has seven steps which equals to the nursing process because the patient health is complicated and it is complex so 3 stage theory is not compatible with the nursing process.
My mentor used the lippets theory but it is challangich because when change is occuring the person responsible should be tough and should show accountable people what they did wrong it may result in hurting g their personal feelings because they may not take it professionally.But the results are good.
