4. A. DFV2= DFV1/ (mag1/mag2)

       DFV2= 3mm/ ( 40x/10x)= 0.75 mm= 750um

B. The area is 750um
If 6 organisms could fit across end to end, the length is 750 um/ 6 organism = 125 um

If 20 organism fit side by side the width is 750 um/ 20 organism= 37.5 um

So, the answer is 125um X 37.5um
