Hurricane Katrina is one of the destructive natural disaster occuring at United states.More than that a killing disaster it is one of the common destructive disaster.Hurricane katrina is a type of disaster with very heavy winds with flooding makes this as a destructive natural disaster resulting in landfall.

Coming to the rescue efforts of katrina is was too bad and too slow thus all are frustated regarding the slowness of rescue operations this results in a terrified hurricane victims.The failure of the rescuce efforts results from a improper emergency planning and slowness in the process of resucue mission.In every aspect the government is failed to carry out the rescue missions.The people who are responsible to carry out their jobs in the government agencies were not taken the steps for carrying out the proper planning and arranging of rescue mission

By the proper emergency planning and fast response from the rescue mission with full co-operations from the members can be avoid the effects from the hurricane katrina anyway we cannot have the power to stop the natural disaster but have the power to minimize the victims of the hurricane katrina by proper planning and action(fast response).
