Technology will helps to assist or helps to do physical activity and other works via the motivational.There are so many apps that contains perfect protocol for the physical activity which could improve the health. We can train our body by using the latest technology of physical activity sources. Technology will remind you to do the physical activity by a way of sound or vibrations. So we can follow our goal easily. And there are many ways to maintain our physical strength by using with the technology.
