Unsaturated fats are the healthy fats or they are called good fats. Unsaturated fats are oils. They are liquid at room temperature. They have less shelf-life. They are mainly found in nuts and vegetables. Like olive oil and sunflower oil,

Saturated fats and trans-fats are unhealthy fats. Saturated fats are mainly found in animal and dairy products. They are solid at room temperature. They have high shelf-life. Like butter.

Trans-fats are made from unsaturated fats by their partial hydrogenation to extend their shelf life. Like margarine and mayonnaise.
