Answer #1

Q1)

J. L. Lewis and P. Murray were the most effective leaders during the given period. They were effective, since they raised voices successfully and effectively. The joint effort helped to establish industrial organization.

Q2)

Effectiveness indicates waste minimization and higher implication.

Therefore, the required criteria are as below:

No.1) The waste must be the minimum: Suppose Mr. A takes 2 days to convince an authority regarding a matter and Mr. B takes 1 day to do so regarding the same matter. Therefore, Mr. B is more effective than Mr. A, since he saves 1 day waste.

N.2) Attraction: An effective leader must be perfectionist. It catches attraction among others. In this way, such leader is demanded in the market.

Q3)

Leaders would be more effective now in order to stay in the competition. Any sort of market faces huge competition nowadays – price competition, cost-minimization competition, customer care competition, etc. A good leader must have a trick to cope up in ever changing situation. An ineffective leader would not be having any place there.
