1. Vegetables - 1/2 cup frozen mixed veggie provides 4gm of fiber × 1 servings = 4gm

2. Fruits - Whole fruits provides 3gm fiber , 1/2cup grape fruit provides -2 gm fiber = 3+2 × 1serving = 5gm

3. Beans , lentils - Beans ( 16gm fiber ) , lentils (8gm fiber) ×1 serving = 24gm

4. I haven't taken nuts yesterday

6. I had refined grain - 1 slice of bread - provides 12 gm of fiber

Total grams of fiber = 4+5+24+12 = 45gm of fiber , i had fiber more than what is required for a women
