• Nursing initial assessment is carried within 12 hours after patient is admitted in ward

• Informed consent is signed from the patient for any procedures

Examples of qualitative standards :

• The executive should verify whether the primary reason for admission is documented in the case record with the specified time as per the policy in the hospital .
• Legible use of abbreviations and prescribed ones are used .
• Standards of practice are followed in all the areas  of the patient care .
• Drugs are ordered as per the prescription
• laboratory tests are carried out within the specified time .
