Overall goal of marketing healthcare services is to spread awareness about accessibility, affordability and the need for health care. It is aimed to bring consumers welfare and prevent fatalities and ensure correct treatment in timely manner.
Patients are not necessarily typical consumers as we see some customers arrive for body checkups, some arrive for enquiry of services, some arrive for basic services and hence dont turn out to be potenial customer generating revneue for long term.
Digital signage ensures authentication and transparency and assures database is created which can be verified from marketing standpoint and helps generate user information as well as entire log of treatment taken place for future analysis.
