We are human beings and most of them are educated.As an human being to maintain health or being healthy we have to consume the foods that contains adequate proportions of carbohydrates,fats,proteins,vitamins,minerals and water.It should be in a adequate proportion not too low or too high.

As a part of modernization or all are choosing bad eating habits in to their life styles.The habit of eating unhealthy diets such as canned items and food rich in carbohydrates fats and high sodium leads vulnerability of disease as earlier than normal.

Coming to Mrs.F's diet,in the breakfast she choose food such as tea and toast.These two are rich in carbohydrates.Instead of loading to these carbohydrates the best way to start a day with protein rich and fibre diet

In the lunch she choosed canned fruit and muffin.Canning typically reduces most of the vitamin B and vitamin C when compared with fresh fruits.Muffins are worst food that is not providing any essential nutrients to being healthy and it a carbohydrate rich food

In the dinner her regular foods are frozen pot pie or a canned hash.This is a low protein diet and it contains more saturated fat,sodium that is negatively affect our health.The amount of high fat and sodium in the regular or daily diet leads to get the heart disease earlier than as usual.

Mrs.F is lacking all the essential nutrients to maintain good health.She is lacking of adequate proteins,vitamins and minerals and fiber.

In her diet she has to add more fresh fruits and vegetables,fish,cereals,pulses and green salad instead of canned one.

Morning Whole grain break fast with reduced fat and cup of reduced fat milk or a glass of tea and a apple or boiled egg
Lunch Boiled rice with baked or broiled fish,vegetable salad or green salad/boiled pulses beans,chick peas etc use olive oil instead of fatty one
Dinner Protein rich pasta,fruit mix or fruit salad
