  1. Increase energy intake by 500kcal/day, this can help the person in a healthy way to gain weight, the normal energy requirement is around 2500kcal/day
  2. Increase portion sizes at each meal, that can also increase the weight.
  3. Increase energy intake by 33500 kcal/day, it can also increase the weight
  4. Add dried milk powder to a smoothie made of fruit and yogurt, it will increase the protein intake
  5. Include more foods that are high in fibre and water
