But some of the points that should be kept in mind while having conversation with this kind of people and make it more constructive as by :

  • Making eye contact: During the conversation it is necessary to have eye contact with the person so that the person can understand things more clearly.
  • Using soft speech: While talking to person with disabilities, one should be respectful towards him and should use soft words.
  • Use more gestures: Gestures can make things more clear to people and make them to understand things clearly.
  • Be humble while repeating words: May be people don't understand in first time so you may have to repeat things.
