1). Renal damage

Nursing interventions: Immediately notify the medication, Alter the medication dose or discontinue the medication

2). Bone marrow depression: Monitor the blood glucose levels, offer protective isolation

3). Dermatological reactions: For hypersensitivity reactions stop the medication administration, provide the symptomatic care (administering antihistamines, immune supressants, and treating hypotension)

4). Stomatitis: Identify the cause of stomatitis or inform the physician, offer frequent mouth care

5). Auditory damage: Monitor for hearing loss, discontinue medication if necessary
