#. Maslows Hierarchy of Needs is the theory of needs which are described as five components :-

Physiological, Safety, Love and belonging, Esteem, Self-actualization

- Physiological Needs

Water, Food, Clothing, Shelter, etc..

- Safety Needs

Personal security, Financial security, Health and well-being, Safety net against accidents/illness and their adverse impacts.

- Love and Belonging Needs

Friendship, Intimacy, and Family.

- Esteem Needs

Gaining recognition and having activities that give the person a sense of contribution and feelings of value.

- Self-Actualization

Realizing full potential and to become everything that one is capable of becoming.

Fullfillment of all these needs will lead to the proper growth and development of an individual physiologically as well as psychologically because without the needs fullfilled a person can not grow and survive . Not meeting the needs at basic level will lead to crisis and hence hinder the growth and development . Social relationships helps a person to meet each need by helping to meet the demand if one cannot for example a friend will help her friend in terms of financially if she has nothing to eat due to lack of money.
