1. The non communicable diseases are those which do not transfer directly from one person to another. Some of the non communicable diseases are stroke, Alzheimer's disease, CKD, gastroenteritis, heart attack, arthritis etc,. One of such most important disease is stroke. Because over 7, 00,000 strokes occurs in US in each year. New strokes occurs per 5,00,000 of this total.
2. It currently occurs all the individuals irrespective of gender but mostly seen in people who are aged more than 40 years. The burden is on the people with family history of stroke, diabetics, alcohol consuming group, ciggerette smokers, dyslipedemia and people with sickle cell anaemia.
3. We can address it with the symptoms like inability to move one or more limbs on one side of the body, inability to understand or formulate speech or inability to see on side of the visual field.
It can be prevented by maintaing healthy diet, regular exercises, stress relief life. The diseased patients should take their respective medicines regularly without missing inorder to avoid stroke. If any symptoms appeared then immediately consult the physician.
