Community service is considered to be the most pios and free from malifecence service. Where the individual do good to others with the capability and talent or skill they perceive. In my current situation being a community nursing individual i am able to present my services to the community in several ways.
Other than my work space and field, the community contribution that i perform and provide includes attending the charity organizations, providing help and support to vulnerable age groups and supporting the community. I attend the food and shelter charity organization nearby my place on weekly basis, the aim of the organization is to provide food to the eradicate hunger and shelter and housing to the individual who ar ehomeless. The charity has been working since last 3 years and have successfully provided housing to around 170 families in neighbourhood. I work there to provide my general support, voluntarily and to gather data for the same through surveys.
Other than this i also present my contribution to the child abuse and neglect organization and care center. This organization works as a social trust that provides support to looked after children and also organizes the awareness campaigns and drives to eliminate neglect and child abuse.
Moreover, i would like to use my degree as a specified tool or my skills and present my services in future towards elder community services and by providing more in-depth services for the vulnerable groups.
