The ladder of learning includes:

• Unconscious Incompetence : This is a situation where one doesn't aware about the things he can't do.
• Conscious incompetence : In this case, person knows that he can't do.
• Conscious competence: This requires core thinking to understand how to do task.
• Unconscious competence: In this case we need not think about the skills.

The leadership pyramid consists of society, team, relationship and self. The leadership learning will enable the leaders to indulge the knowledge in the leadership pyramid. It is directly related to the leadership pyramid as leaders works among society, in a team. So, learning different methods will increase their performance.
