Write your own "om manifesto". Really think about it. You can include one goal or many goals. How will you achieve your goals?

Manifesto is defined as a declaration of one's beliefs ,opinions ,motives and intensions .

i really want to achieve my goals ,so i stood for SMART goals .

those are :

S - specific ,significant and stretching .

M - measurable ,meaning ful,motivational .

A- agreed upon ,attainable ,achievable ,acceptable action oriented .

R- realistic ,relevant , reasonable ,rewarding ,result oriented .

T - time bound .

there are Principles which have a great importance in my life to achieve my goals .

- smart goals are really changes my way to get satisfaction in my life .

- SMART goals re really pushed me to meet my dead lines in on time .

ex : if iam working as a health care provider in a hospital ,my main moto is to give quality care to client that he would be recovered as early as possible .

so i need to come in on time to duty , i should set measurable points to give a care with respectful ,meaning ful and relavent to client to reduce his suffering .

- should not keep the client for so many days in hospital ,so need to give realistic and meaning ful care for recovery of client as possible with in less time . apart from that i should give value for the client ,what they really want to have or what they dont need .

-so if i really do all the things as above mentioned ,i will really get the sucess with lots of satisfaction with my specific ,measurable ,time bound ,realistic work .

another example : if i have taken a project from my higher officials , if it have a less time for completion with in accompanied dates .

- so i stood for time bound ,time bound is very much important to achieve my goal with in on time .

- because project should be submitted with in given time .

- and i stood for A that is attainable ,achievable and action oriented ,when i choose these goals i will complete my project with in given time with out fail .and i will get rewards from my higher officials for my work .so i can achieve my goal .
