Answer: Sometimes it happens that employer offer more money as compared to the other organization to retain the staff members or during the recruitment process. This causes employee to get attracted towards the salary package as the main aim is to earn money with a respectable company. So, most of the employers knows the trick and offer little more money to retain the staff.

This causes employee to choose the that company which offers more money. Almost this situation is everywhere in the organization.
