Answer: The Healthcare disparities includes various factors such as socioeconomic status, age , gender, location etc. The one of the most common health disparity that includes low socioeconomic status due to which people are unable to avail better treatment and care. This increases the risk of disease, poor nutrients intake etc.

The Africa American people are mostly affected with this problem as they didn't insured themselves due to increased premium rates of health insurance. This population are mainly affected by chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes etc.

The government has introduced the ACA ( affordable Care Act) to improve and increase the number of insured people. It improvises that most of the population can have health insurance at a low rate of premium. This has elevated the status of health insurance and hence there could be less health disparities among this group of population.
