Poverty can be distinguished into situational, absolute, urban, rural, generational and relative. The situational poverty is caused by a sudden financial crisis or business collapse and it is temporary in nature. Generational policy is caused by generations that have grown up in poverty and there are no resources available to overcome that poverty. Absolute poverty is caused due to growing up in scarcity of resources such as running water, food and shelter. Relative poverty refer to the economic status of a population which have insufficient financial stability to meet up the living. Urban poverty is caused due to growing up in chronic and acute stressors such as noise and inadequate services. Rural poverty are caused due to living in lack of services, poor educational opportunities and support for disabilities. Poverty has a number of effect on the population. It impact the standard of life for the general population. It impacts illiteracy, child labor and number of suicides. Poverty lead to health inequalities that lead to disease, disability and social problems. Government should make schemes and provide facilities to the effected people in order to help them with their financial crisis. Poverty is an extremely difficult situation and it must be eradicated by proper and collective measures.
