Discuss which areas of wellness are your strengths and weaknesses. Include your target behaviors that need to be changed, the stage of change you're in, and your first SMART goal. This weekend should propel you into motion, how do you feel about that?

My strength is self positivity and self motivation.Maintaining good personal hygiene.

My weakness is my eating behaviours and the belly I developed because of this.

My target behaviour I need to change is my food patterns.

My SMART goal is to change the food pattern.

Specific : Changing the food habits

Measurable: How can I reach or change my food habits

Attainable : Whether I can change my food habits

Relevant : Whether my goal of changing my food pattern is correct or not

Time based: By what time I can change by habits.

I am very excited and happy to propel my self about my initial SMART goal which makes me to change my behaviour patterns.
