One of management's goals is to achieve the opposite: an efficient and effective organization. Is it more difficult to lead and manage change today? In your opinion, what are the traits needed to be a successful healthcare leader in navigating change in today's organizations?

Health-care industry is the most broadest area where there is always a change and the people who are working their are high professionalised and aware of the organizations rules and regulations and leading them as a leader becomes a challenging task for a healthcare leader.As these people's are knowledgeable they are able to identify the rights and wrongs and take part actively in making a change in the organization.

Some of the traits needed to be a successful healthcare leader in navigating change in today's organizations are

• A strong ,complete up-to-date knowledge on the current tends and practices
• Ensuring proper training to the staffs on periodic basis and review of it
• Planning has to be made in a systematic way that carries the changes step by step without any confusion
• Good communicative skills
• Being friendly and easily approachable to all
• The leader should colloborate with the staff or team to initiate the changes
• The leader should have an dedication and working sincerely towards achieving the goal and guide and prepare others to get success.
