1, good employee communication makes success for a business plan. ensure when communicating it included your orgaonzation stragic pln, vison and business objective. educate employees with the concept and make engagement and committment by stakeholders' involvement and encourage participants in this process. when planning for communicating a business plan
-Select the target audience for this implementation process. communication should be involved in disseminating the information from the target audience.
-Make sure the communication purpose reaches the employees time and has a credible communication with what purpose as an original objective to be targeted from implementing the plan.
-repeat the communication purpose many times until employees understand the strategic plan. we can make communicaiton through video, audio, written communication, and newsletter, etc that reach the audience easily, it helps them to learn about the plan in a better way.
-Make a clear and relevant message for this plan and consider constructive feedback for organizational structure. be flexible and be open, provide suggestion and solve the problem.
2, The documentation we prepare for good communication for the business plan objective should be a sharp and short one, it should not confuse the employees, using email documentation with title, purpose, plan, goals. workflow, expected changes, implementation strategy and timeline best choice for communication.
