- Hepatitis B and hepatitis C are both viral infections that attack the liver, and they have similar symptoms.

- The most significant difference between hepatitis B and hepatitis C is that people may get hepatitis B from the bodily fluids of an infected person from having sex with an infected person, sharing contaminated needles to inject drugs, or from an infected mother to her newborn.

- Hepatitis C is a liver disease caused by the Hepatitis C virus (HCV).

2) The main bloodborne pathogens of concern are hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the organism that causes AIDS. These all may put the Health worker at risk.
