*TOO MUCH SALT IN YOUR DIET

*TOO LITTLE POTASSIUM IN YOUR DIET

*TOO LITTLE VITAMIN D IN YOUR DIET

*ALCOHOL ABUSE

*STRESS

Pathophysiology :-

Pathogenesis of essential hypertension Genetic influences + Environmental factors Defects in renal sodium hemostasis Function
