Additionally, organizations are responsible for the actions committed by their volunteers while working. This problem can be resolved by screening of volunteers.
With screening, training is also essential for chosen volunteers because it will help the employer to explain to the volunteers about the basics of the organization, its philosophy, and what they will be doing. Additionally, for effective functioning, sometimes volunteers need extensive training for effective management of duties assigned to them.
