Answer: Exercise is useful for everyone and it can prevent most of the diseases. The exercise can reduce the risk of many diseases such as:

• Cardiovascular disease
• Hypertension
• Diabetes
• Obesity

The regular exercise keeps muscles strong as well as it improves the blood circulation level in the body. The increased blood circulation causes blood and oxygen to reach to the tissues and other body's parts. This enhances and strengthen the cardiac muscle. It decreases the accumulation of bad cholesterol in the body and hence prevent the cardiovascular diseases and hypertension.

The regular 35 minutes of walk or jogging can reduce the risk of developing diseases and also enables us to maintain healthy weight. Obesity is one of the cause of many other diseases.
