Water pollution is one of the major health problems in Saudi.due to the desertification in Saudi water table in underground get eliminated.which leads to the destruction of oasis.this is a continuous problem.To tackle this issue Saudi government creates desalination plants which assist to produce pure water from sea water.

This desalination makes water pollution in Saudi Arabia.because,after this procedure sea water get polluted with greater concentration of salt as well as metal.this is cannot be used for any purpose.it destroys the ecology of sea and its creatures.water pollution is mostly effected in Jeddah one of the holy cities in Saudi.

health problems occur due this water pollution are diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,head pains,the people who have low immune system has greater at risk of this issue .it includes infants,children,and geriatric.usage of polluted water creates respiratory infection,UTI,bone and joint infections,gastrointestinal infections and cardiac disease.dysentry,typhoid,hepatitis.this also depends on the type of contamination eg.pet waste,faecus etc.when mix with desalinated water or when contact with contaminated water.

Government should impose some policies or programs inorder to reduce the concentration of salt after desalination.Moreover,ruler body should test and confirm that purified water do not mix with any contaminated substance before delivering it into consumers.awarness classes should be given to the public about the consequences of taking contaminated water.make sure the purity of water before drinking or using for any other purpose such as for agriculture use.waste management should be done properly to keep the water sources and purified water clean And usable.
