1:environmental health problems

1)the major health environmental health issues in Saudi is air pollution.chemicals,particulate matter and biological elements combine and this leads to create some reactions.This reaction will produce some harmful substances which can create breathing issues,increased hospitalization,long term disease condition,and premature mortality rate,diabetes melitus and cardiac problems.

2)holi cities of Saudi such as Mecca,medina and Jeddah are mostly effected with this problem.

3)highest usage of vehicles on ride can increases the pollutants in the air.land degradation,urbanization and high living standards cause water and air pollution .icreasing agricultural farms and over usage of pesticides create some serious health issues as it is inhaled by human.Moreover,most of the oil industries emits carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide which can also danger to humans health.

2)Air ,water and soil pollutions ,deforestation and land degradation,urbanization and increasing usage of chemicals in agriculture field,increased number of industries are the common causes of air pollution in Saudi arabia

3)itchy eyes,throats and nose infection can occur while exposuring to air pollution.other than that people are effected withwheezing,coughing,difficult in breathing,headache,inflammation in bronchus,pneumonia,asthma and emphysema .cronic exposure to air pollution cause life threatening condition such as lung cancer,heart disease,respiratory illnesses and severe allergies.Heart attack and stroke also can happen due to more exposure to air pollution.

4)1)keep first aid if patient have allergies or asthma such as inhaler or anti allergic medications.this assist to tackle complications

2)people with high risk of infection should reduce the exposure

3)teenage children and newborn should limit the exposure to air pollution

4)awareness education through schools ,colleges and other institutions to reduce the usage of vehicles unnecessarily.

5)some polices should be imposed by ruler body to protect citizens as well as environment.

6)taxes and penalties should be given those who break the rules especially for industries.

7)special policies should be introduced for the people who get effected directly.
