the drug is a linear pharmakokinetic drug which says that the dose of drug does not have any impact of the drug concentration in the body , The half life of the drug is 6 hrs which shows that 50% of the drug concentartion in the body is reduced after 6 hours .A steady state is a state in which the pharmacokinetics of a drug has reached its equilibrium with  its eliminated and generaly a staeady state is 4-5 times of the half life so as per the question a 90 % steady state is reached at 20 hours because 4*6 is 24 which is 100* and 90 * is nearing 20 hours
