Answer: The main purpose of the servant leaders to attain the authority, that means progression of the work. The some of the qualities of servant leaders are:

• Persuasion
• Listening
• Persuasion
• Empathy
• Healing
• Awareness.

Although the servant leaders has to take responsibility of the task or the work they do. It mainly focuses on the enhancement of the positive achievements. One of the hardest to learn or adhere is listening. This is because not everyone have patience to listen and observe things properly. One should listen to understand and this quality requires ability. It is the modification that one has to do in himself so as to become a better servant leaders.
