1. Haemoglobin and hematocrit

A haemoglobin test measures the levels of haemoglobin in your blood.while hematocrit test determines the range of red blood cells.A person is having anemia may face delay in wound healing.because haemoglobin is an oxygen carrying pigment.for a fast wound healing, enough oxygenation of cells are required. At the same time, Red blood cells also providing Oxygen as well as nutrients for wound healing.

2. Leucocytes

This test is usually doing to rule out infections. If the WBC level is more than 11000 cells/cumm indicates that patient is having infection.these cells release inflammatory mediators and fights infection.

3. Thrombocytes

It is carrying out to find out blood disorders.it helps to prevent blood loss and there by help in tissue repair.

4. Serum albumin

It helps to rule out the level of proteins.because it needed in maintaining oncotic pressure and tissue repair. The wound healing process may lag when there is less serum albumin.
