Lifestyle changes are one which leads to a healthy way of living disease free.Some of the most important lifestyle changes which can bw dine to improve the health are

• Dietary modification :Foods which are natural without artificial additives, flavour, colours should be introduced. These foods are easily acceptable bybthe body and processed without any great impact on digestive system
• Restriction of alcohol,it can slowen and alter the metabolism because of its chemical composition ,ethanol
• fast foods,junk foods,extremely oily and spicy are the key sources for illness
• Exercise is a major lifestyle changes to be introduced in one's life .This can reduce the disease arising out of sedentary lifestyle.
• Aerobic exercise can provide a greater benefit by supplying oxygen to the muscle tissue during the loss of energy because of activity
• Drinking water is equally important, in eliminating the toxic material from the system
• Fruits has to be a part daily in the food menu
• The other lifestyle changes like no smoking can prevent lung diseases
• Apart from this a stress free life is essential to stay healthy.This can be done by practising meditation,yoga ,breathing exercise
