A normal pH value with decrease in carbondioxide and bicarbonate is an indicator of compensated respiratory alkalosis.This happens due to hyperventilation,liver disease.In acute case the bicarbonate levels are raised whereas in chronic or full compensated case the bicarbonate are usually normal or below normal range.When there is excess loss of CO2,the body turns into alkaline status
