After taking the Keirsey temperament sorter, my results revealed portrait of a guardian. Keys words about my personality trait that’s really resonated with me include cautious, respectable, dependable, steady, concerned, and detailed. I can say I am very dependable helpful and hardworking.If there's a job to be done, they can count on me to get it done. I am definitely very meticulous about schedules and having things planned. I know change is inevitable but I’m very cautious about change. I like to take my time, slow and easy steps to get to where I want to get and can never take a leap without weighing out all of my options. I could say that these results are pretty accurate with obvious limitations because it’s just very broad. I think that people’s personalities change and adapt to a certain situation so it’s hard to narrow all personalities to one based on one temperament sorter. I think my strengths are my weakness and vice versa especially when it comes to being steady. The nursing field is very fast and always changing so for me it’s something I have to get use to. I would like to take this test again and see if my results would change.
