Answer #1

The given statement is false. The foods like protein-rich meat have a large proportion of protein for example 100 gms of meat contains 26 gms of protein which gives 104 kcal whereas, 100 gms of meat contains 3.5 gms of fat which gives 31.5 kcal of energy.

Polyunsaturated fats are more abundant in plant foods than in animal products. They are found seeds, nuts, oils and fish. The saturated fats do not spoil easily as polyunsaturated fats. They have health benefits like lowering blood cholesterol. They have health-related problems like obesity if taken excessively. Option a is the correct answer.
