Ans- stress is an emotional outburst.it is a psychology where a person is having emotional tension.it is the reaction of our body to a certain challenging factor.for example if a person is having financial crisis for long period then he can have stress.stress can be of two types one is acute and one is chronic.acute stress is last for short time period but chronic stress lasts for long and can harm our body's physical phenomenon.when a person is in stress our body's pituitary gland release hormones that makes our brain alert and increases our hearr beats.signs of stress includes headache,nausea,loss of appetite,hypertension primarily.in case of chronic stress serious health problems can be seen.

Stress is also called as fight or flight response.when a stressor comes our body starts Releasing hormones which will help the individual to perform the physical activity for fighting with the situation.this is a positive part.stress outside wil harm the peraon when it lasts for long time beacause then with time person's adaptation power will decrease.
