There are four major health care principle ethics in health care system. They are as follows...

1. Autonomy: it means that the patient have all the rights to retail controls over his or her body in any situation.

2. Benificience: it means the patient have got all the rights to do all they can to benefit the patient in each situaion... be it procedure or the decision itself..

3. Non- maleficence: it means to do no harm... it refers to the patient and also to the others or the society... and medical procedure or decision should do no harm to anybody..

4. Justice: as it is clear that there should be fairness In medical decisions done and taken...

I would like to apply second principle which is beneficence in discussing the use of technology that ca test DNA for certain genetic predispositions.. for example if the family member of the patient had history of ovarian cancer then the person have all the rights to go for DNA test.. this will benefit him in identifying if there is any predisposition...
