1. Nursing is the field that is comcerned with using own skills and knowledge for helping, assisting and treating others. I chose career in this field because i feel that this sector of practice provides adequate opportunity for social working and also helps in promotion of health to the population for better future.

2. Self-care is referred to as taking care of own self during work and other aspects of life. Working in nursing field makes us take care of own self feom different hazards. I make sure to use safety and preventive measures and equipment while treating infecrious patients, i use proper protections while dealing with communicable diseases. I also make sure my mental health remains sound and i make sure that my work load does not burn me out.

3. A crises in nursing can occur in different form and at any time. To handle a crises it is very crucial to follow some steps, to identify the crises, to find out the source and cause of crises, to evaluate the best possible soultions, to implement the best solution and to evaluate change.

4. Handling an umsatisfied patient is very difficult task. Most of the times when a patient is not satisfied with the care he or she may not show signs of recovery too. Handling such patient requires to listen to them efficiently and address their needs to enable them have trust on services and allow them to recover well.
