a) task achievement: team members who are not fully aware of their duties and have ambiguity towards their roles can not achieve any assigned task results. Which impacts the team individual as well as team performance to a great extent and decrease productivity. Role ambiguity give rise to mistakes and lead to confusion.
b) team cohesion: role ambiguity negatively impacts team cohesion, and raises conflicting situation.
