Yes, all fishes carry out gas exchange via counter-current mechanism.

This means that water and blood flow in opposite direction. The organ for gas exchange in fish is gills. Gills have a large surface area which aids gas exchange. Gills have large protrusions known as gill lamellae. Water passes through the gills via gill lamellae. When water passes through the gills, the oxygen present in it is diffused into the fish body; and is exchanged for carbon-dioxide. Water flows in one direction only; maintaining a steep concentration of oxygen. The gills contain a large network of blood vessels; which carry oxygen deep into the body parts.
