President trump is very ineffective person while communicating. He has faced my funny comments and make fun of cause of his pronunciation and poor communication skills on social media.

Three regulative rules which are "are essentially rules of action used to determine how to respond or behave".1-Making Fun of others or mock others like The president’s Trump's Mockery of Christine Blasey Ford at the expense of the woman who told her story of sexual assault.2-Insult a reporter with disability cause he thinks it would be fun in his way. 3- His behave or act like a manager of a company not the president of the country.

Three interpretation rules "are essentially rules of meaning used by communicators to interpret or understand an event or message". 1- Trump interpret that He is the great political leader 2- He interpret politics with business as he own as big brand worth $ 4 billions. 3- Trump Used his sense of humor as good way to communicate which is not and cause of that he got into scandals, breaking news, memes, fun topic on social media.

All these are not good quality of good communicator. he may be the good businessmen or leader but not a good communicator.

Dance manager sees effective communication not a complex but a simple process.Effective communication are patterns and unwritten rules .Effective communication requires co-ordination between employees and departments.Dance manager seeks focused communication which gives success at the end of the result.unlike circuit managers, dance manager makes effective communication without concerning on relationships and Dance managers thinks that there is no relationship with ability of person to dance with the ability to communicate.
