Answer #1

Unique feature about endomembrane organelles is that these organelles are single extended unit of set of membranes. It means that vesicles are coming from golgi apparatus, goli apparatus has been made from vesicles coming from endoplasmic reticulum and finally endoplasmic reticulum is the extended part of nucleaus.

While chloroplast and mitochondria exist separately and are not part of this extended membrane system. But it is said that during evolution may be chloroplast and mitochondria were part for of this but later they got separated to exist separately.
