Ceftolozane-tazobactam.

approved in December 2014 by FDA.

It is a new cephalosporin that is based on the ceftazidime scaffold and targets to improve its function against the pseudomonas, which are gram negative Gammaproteobacteria. They are used to treat complicated intra-abdominal infections & complicated urinary tract infections.
