According to me, Organization scorecards is like a strategic framework which helps top management to find key performance measures or metrics on which they measure performance of organization internally and externally.The organization scorecards helps management to make sure that business functions are operating smoothly and provide feedback on it.

Yes, i have some personal experience in developement of an organization scorecard that is balanced scorecard. In balancedscorecard we collect data and information based on four areas. Financial, Customer, business process and learning and growth

Finance area of scorecard provide feedback on financial information like sales, expense, profit, cashflow etc. Customer area provide information and feedback on customer satisfaction, values created for them, price, quality of product. Business process perspective deals with internal business operations like manufacturing , warehousing, inventory management, supply chain etc. Last leaning and growth area deals with how employees uses thier skills, knowledge and experience to support business operations.
