The given all property is are the chemical or structural characteristics of RNA. The RNA usually single stranded shirt nucleotide chain. RNA have uracil instead of Thiamine. It has ribose sugars.

2. 5' GGGGTTTTCCCC 3'

The hairpin loop in a nucleotide sequence is the sequence which will bond to its own nucleotide bases after making a loop. In the given, The G base binds with the C base after making a loop which consists all the T bases.

3. DNA primase

During the DNA replication, the short nucleotide sequences called primers are added to elongate the DNA sequence by DNA polymerase enzyme. This synthesis of the DNA sequence with the help of primers is catalyzed by the DNA primase enzyme.
