Ans: The given sequence of the mRNA molecule is- 5' AUG CGA GUU CCG 3'.

a Ans: DNA template strand will be- 5' TAC GCT CAA GGC 3'.

It is also the called as antisense strand or non-coding strand.

b Ans: DNA non- template strand will be- 5' ATG CGA GTT CCG 3'.

This sequence is same as mRNA sequence except U is replaced with T.

c Ans: Amino acid sequence is determined by codon (3 letter code of amino acid).

Amino acid code- M R V P

M code for methionine (Met)

R code for Ariginine (Arg)

V code for valine (Val)

P codes for proline (Pro)
